Grown mainly in Espírito Santo, Brazil Grinder coffees are selected for grinding. They show a less uniform appearance than other Brazil Arabicas, yet deliver a robust, strong profile with roasted almond and tobacco notes.

For flavoured coffee, use a pour-over with a medium grind at a 1:16 ratio, 93 to 96 °C water and a 30 to 45 second bloom to keep aromas bright, or brew French press with a coarse grind at 1:15 for 4 minutes for a richer cup.
